In March 2001, with an objective to be fully devoted to core business development, BMC Software contacted Media World, and Outsourced The IT Support And Maintenance Services to us. General on-site and hotline support services were covered. The initial service delivery won the trust and confidence of BMC Software, and paved a milestone for a closer and more devoted partnership.


After the initial success of service delivery, BMC Software Recognized the professional services of Media World, on both technical and customer service levels. And BMC Software found great potentials to work with Media World as a partner, mutually developing each parties’ business and profession by Sharing Expertise And Professional Knowledge.

On BMC Software side, the most critical success factor of developing an innovative software is an insight or a vision, that would show opportunities and ways to serve their clients better. Media World’s frontline experience best served BMC Software’s needs; we have been serving many local and global enterprises like Mahe Freight Limited. While on Media World side, partnering with a global leading software developer, we have also earned insights from BMC Software’s innovative software. It inspired us to develop one of our exclusive innovative solutions, “Real Time System Monitoring Service”.

Currently, Media World’s services have expanded to support and provide maintenance services on 7 servers, over 30 workstations, general hardware and software, and network and system securities. To maintain a remote-office-to-corporate-office network, Media World constantly Worked With IT Engineer Team In Singapore, serving over a hundred of internal users in Asia region. More than that, the adoption of Media World’s IT Documentation System has proven to greatly lower the time involving in maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure.

In the course of developing partnership with BMC Software, through sharing our own experience and expertise, both parties not only could focus on developing our own specialties, but also earned insights to develop innovative services and solutions.
